Self Help - We want to help not only our clients, but everyone that we can, learn ways to: check their own machines, troubleshoot basic problems, setup us their OS and programs correctly, etc... We want your machine to perform at it's best and last as long as possible.

Please help us "help you." We welcome input and feedback. Ask your questions. We do understand that not all problems can be solved at a distance, but any time we can help from afar, we want to.

DON'T download tools and programs from the web unless you know it is what you need and that the program is safe. Remeber, even if you know a particular program or tool is safe does NOT mean the site you are downloading from is safe.

Our job is to counsel and advise our clients about which of the new technologies best fit their organizations/needs.  Fit is achieved in both price and performance.

DON'T rely on the advice of "salespersons" at the local store.  They are paid to sell you something...anything.  They cannot be objective for you.  Their job is to sell.

Our job is to advise and counsel.  We help you prepare before you purchase new technology. This includes the little "fun" things on the WEB. Don't put your personal data, (pictures, videos, documents, etc..), in danger of being lost or stolen for some "cute" or "cool" thing that you find on the WEB. Thousands of people have lost their most presious picture of kids or grandkids on simple mistakes.
